I didn't like some of the choices on the orginal so I made up my own version:
Monday's sweet child is a loving gift
Tuesday's happy child your heart will lift
Wednesday's bright child will spread love and cheer
Thursday's kind child will hold people dear.
Friday's contented child will never complain and cry
Saturday's inquisitive child will question why
And the child born on a Sunday
Will be blessed with all the qualities
Of Saturday and back through Monday.
For each child is a gift From our God above
Sent on every single day
With the Father's love.
